Responsibilities:
Assist masons with the preparation, transportation, and organization of construction materials.
Mix mortar, concrete, and other building materials according to specifications.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
Provide support during bricklaying, stonework, and other masonry tasks.
Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor throughout the workday.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.
Basic understanding of construction procedures and materials is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
