OfficeTeam is currently working with a medical corporate office in Pelham NH that is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temporary to full time basis. This Administrative Assistant will be supporting the HR and payroll departments. Job responsibilities will be general administrative support in day-to-day operations, maintaining HR documents and complex spreadsheets, managing calendars and gathering meeting materials, helping with new hire paperwork, assist with distribution of company-wide payroll correspondence as needed as well as utilize HR reporting systems in developing and preparing reports. The ideal Administrative Assistant must be extremely professional and have strong excel skills including formatting, formulas and sorting functions. Pivot tables would be a plus.
